Community Development Support:

FIS has been providing development and support services to its member organisations for more than fifteen years. We proactively support Irish clubs, societies and welfare agencies who serve their local community to  enable them to be more sustainable, fulfilling their potential as local community centres, clubs or welfare providers.

We understand the needs and aspirations of community organisations and the many different issues that management committees, managers and staff face. We offer a umber of direct support services to organisations and work to create links and networks with other community and statutory providers outside of the Irish community to support a whole community response to need.
